    Hi there,

    I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. We're looking for a knowledgebase (KX) platform that we can use in our team. We are a team of approximately 50 people and resources are often wasted answering questions to others in the team that have already been answered previously. We're looking for a KX that we can use to capture knowledge within our team. We beieve that in order to build content for the KX we would like the following functionality:

    User A has a query about a particular topic. They go to the KX and submit a question.
    The question is then circulated amoungst the team and User B clicks on a link. This opens up the KX and User B answers the question. User B also tags the answer with keywords and also selects which caregory and subcategory it falls into.
    User B submits their answer and this is then sent to User/Department C for them to approve before it goes live on the KX.
    When it goes live then User A and User B will get an email to say it has gone live.

    The KX would be easily searchable and a dropdown would display when the user types into the search box.

    Would anyone have any suggestion of software available that matches this criteria?
