Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Whistle goes for halftime when we're on a 4v2 aghhh

Firmino has been better than recent games, but 'very good' is certainly an overstatement as well. His movement and effort has been good, his touch less so.

He's devoid of confidence. That half will do him the world of good. Hopefully he can nab a goal.

    Huge save from Mig there.

  • Crucial save there to keep it at 1-0

Stoke look a bit tired IMO

Definitely would benefit from bringing Walters on

    Our half
    We deserve another maybe.

Probably would have scored it too with Benteke not on the pitch.

In a really good offensive team that hang onto possession and that don't have to overly worry about defending Moreno would be top top class left back . Up there with the best

Some people will never be happy.......very good first half from LFC......or maybe thats an overstatement also :pac:

Really need a second but no confidence in the backline over a full half of football.

    Yep
I can't understand managers that stand in the rain or cold in a suit
Does it make him more of a manager or just a wet cold manager

Am I alone here lads or would it not have made more sense to stick Can into the middle of the back 4 and leave Lucas in midfield???

    Credit to Liverpool deserve lead.

Very hard to predict Stoke. Some games they look class, others they look at Aston Villa level

It's the best we've played in quite a while, and overall I'm very happy with the performance, and more of the same in the 2nd half would be great.

Saying that though, I'm still entitled to giving my opinion with being greeted by that twat "rolleyes".

    We lost

Stoke are just using the "f*ck it" tactic and playing with 5 attackers

Hope so, but the Man City game seemed to drain all confidence from him so I wouldn't be too sure

Firmino seems to underhit his passes a lot, even the simple ones.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,480 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

Firmino has not got the last pass right tonight
Breaks down at that final moment

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,480 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

    Mark Hughes got his coat
Does it means he has given up

F*cking Mig with a boot to nobody... I know distribution isn't that important in a keeper but it really makes him a must replace.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

Lallana looking at the bench and telling Benteke to 'Get in the f*cking box'.

Boss tackle from Lucas one might say if they were so inclined.
