    To make an online claim against BOI credit card Purchase Protection for goods ordred and paid for but not delivered after waiting over 30 days - where can I get whatever form etc. is required.

    Purchase protection on a Credit Card covers insured items (already purchased and received) which may have been lost or damaged within 90 days of purchase.

    As your situation is 'non - receipt' of goods you can make a Transaction dispute claim through Bank of Ireland. First of all, we would always suggest that you contact the retailer to query this matter. If you have already done so and still wish to dispute the transaction, simply complete the attached form and return it to Bank of Ireland, Chargebacks Department, 2nd Floor, Operations Centre, Cabinteely, Dublin 18. https://www.bankofireland.com/fs/doc/wysiwyg/18-594r-boi-credit-card-transaction-dispute-form-18052012-v2-2.pdf

    Alternatively, you can fax the completed form and documents to 01 6865459. Once received our team will open an investigation and liaise with you directly regarding the outcome.
