Power supply info needed - €90 budget

So my build is an i7-4790k,GTX960,Z97 MOTHERBOARD,16GB RAM.
What wattage should i be going for and where is the best place to buy it ?
Should i go modular or non modular? Im in kerry btw and can only spend €90

Most PSUs that are worth looking at are modular, unless you're really on a budget (with €90, you're not). You're looking at a 450W unit probably. You could run it off less, but nice to have a bit extra, and 450 is the lowest wattage that the non-budget stuff starts at.*

*All that isn't to say that "budget" means "bad". There are lots of awesome budget PSUs, but usually they might not have as many connectors, the warranty won't be for as long, they don't look as nice, or they'll be a bit noiser than others.
