Hoping that the next 'big blob 'of what is showing as Snow on the radar will hit Dublin too

Finished now at the airport, the last 5 mins of it were pure white gold.

Really enjoyed that winter, now roll on bbq season :)

    0.9 °C and falling @ Dublin Airport. DP - -0.5, light breeze.

If temp drops much lower anything other than major routes will be lethal after the brief precip.

I'd say that's it for tonight. Can't see any showers making it to the East.

Nothing as frustrating as living in the South East and wanting snow showers from a North Westerly, anything does make this far will be most likely be heavy dandruff!

One snow shower, turned the roof of the car white, kids got a bit excited, then it melted. Ah well.

In the Midwest USA at the moment. No shortage of the white stuff from the daily lake effect showers.

Cold today with icy roads early on. I was at a funeral and while it was cold standing around there was a clear blue sky and weak but bright sunshine. It was about 2c at best his morning but not unusual for January. Indeed people sat outside afterwards chatting and commenting on how they could do so today and it mid January.

Forecast after tonight seems to be for dry and bright yet cool weather into mid next week. I hope they're right
