Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    anyone offering classes or private lessons for krav maga in or close to leitrim/longford/roscommon ? closest class i can find from me is over 1.20 drive

    thank you i would like to do krav maga only right now.
    i would also consider muay thai too but im not seeing any classes for the areas mentioned.
    i will of course do my homework on any venue/instructor should i manage to find one.

    Hi, if you are looking to train Krav check out Kravmagaexplode based in Galway and Castlebar, I'm not sure of your location but Robert the instructor is one the highest ranking instructors (E1) in Ireland and is an excellent teacher
