    Hi all,

Parents bought a shirt for a cousin of mine in December, There was a button missing on the shirt so there was a 10% discount. Its not the right size so we wanted a refund. The shop says we are not entitled to a refund or not even allowed to change It.

How is this? Note- We have receipts and there is a label on the shirt which states It is faulty.

    Thanks for your help!

You agreed to buy the faulty item at a reduced price, so thats not a grounds for a refund.

It's not the shops fault its the wrong size, so it's effectively a "change of mind" situation, and the shop is not obliged to refund or replace in that case
