My yolks give a different kinda buzz

    After 3 months of binge eating and more recently binge watching (making a murderer) I have felt the need to make some pretty drastic lifestyle changes.
    The 11th of January is my start date if you're interested in following my new journey. I will be eating a strict diet and working out 5 times a week. The goal?build lean muscle mass and shed over 3 stone. This will be my journey so follow if you wish but get professional advice before you make any drastic changes. On Sunday I will be taking my initial progress photo.

    Tomorrow is the start of my transformation. Current weight 90.5 kg Target weight 77 kg.
    Timescale - 120 days
    All of this week ive been preparing for it. I've bought the following;
    Usn pure protein 2.28kg x2 tubs
    Fish oils
    Sweet potatoes
    Lean mince
    Steak
    Spinach
    Berries
    Green tea
    Bananas
    Chicken breasts
    Spice rack
    Whole grain rice and pasta
    Eggs
    All of this week I'll post meals and gym routine

    Day 1 gym
    Chest day
    Bench press 4x8 eighty kg
    Fly's 4x8 twenty six kg
    Decline press 4x8 fifty two kg
    Dips 4x8
    Sit ups 4x25
    Cross trainer 20 mins at level 13
    Diet
    6am Smoothie-spinach banana kiwi berries
    8.30 am Protein shake
    10am coffee plus 2 eggs
    2pm spanish omelette and 1 potatoes
    7pm homemade pad Thai with brown noodles chilli chives chicken breast
    9pm protein shake
