    My credit card expires at the end of the month (Jan 2016). I have not yet received a new card. when should I receive it?
    I asked this question through 365's online service on Tuesday (5th) and have not yet received a reply.

    Your credit card will arrive before the end of the month, it is usually within the first two weeks. You can continue using your credit card until the end of the month.
