Anyone know of a company that does reballing of GPUs in Kilkenny or surrounding area?

I mean a proper full reball not a reflow.

    TIA

This company claims to do reballing, - seems to be based in Cork.

(PS - In my ignorance I had absolutely NO IDEA what reballing meant and I just had to google it to find out. It conjured up so many interesting possibilities... :D)

Who else hasn't a notion what a GPU, reball or reflow is?

Forget these guys, no answer to three types of contact, online form, email and just tried phoning which rang then cut off.
    Useless.

Edit: Finally got through on the mobile. They don't do reballing anymore, just reflow and for €150 I don't think we'll be going down that direction.
