what a disaster of a website. i almost pulled the trigger on an order from them once, but held back at the 11th hour. to late though, they had my email, and they don't take no for an answer when they want to send you junk mailshots. it took me months, but finally got them to stop. there was no way of unsubscribing, and customer service were not much help.

It arrived today! As soon as I started to question whether it would come at all it arrives. The only thing is the instruction manual is completely in chinese. I am sure I can get it online or figure it out but it would have been nice to get an English one to start with.

I'm in the same boat, the unsubscribe link just doesn't appear to do anything unfortunately

I have used Lightinthebox and mininthebox for a while and do not get spam. I have a separate email account that i only use for buying items, as i find it easier to track my items, but i must have unsubscribed from them as they do not send me anything.

I am guessing that it is a bug, If you cannot unsubscribe now, try again in a little while or possible Monday.

But i understand your frustration.
The worst company that i have ever put a name to, is littlewoods. As soon as you start to enter details, they are saved. Needless to say, i stopped entering my details when i realised that. They saved my dud information, even though i had not clicked save.
O.T. and back to the point, i do not think that your being unable to unsubscribe is on purpose.

I'm noticed glitches lately with the Mi Band 2. Randomly not sending notifications for calls/texts.
Doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, I could get notified for a couple of texts half an hour apart and miss one in between.
Anyone else having similar issues?
(using the official app on Android)
