    I saw all the lovely jams and preserve's on the Christmas pressie thread, I wondered if anyone has a recipe that they've tried for Whiskey Marmalade?

    No....I just bought a jar in Aldi(or maybe it was Lidl)....and damned good it was too....much easier and cheaper than DIY.....

    Would prefer to buy it!!

    I was gifted five jars of it but my stock has run out. I've tried a few expensive ones but they weren't great.

    If you can recall where you got it that'd be a great help.
