    Hi!

    I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on living on Ellesmere Avenue D7? I know parts of NCR can be rough but is it the same here? It looks like a quiet enough cul de sac but then again, looks can be deceiving!
    I'd appreciate any opinions (btw I currently live in Phibsboro so I'm used to local characters!)
