    I was wondering does anyone know of anywhere taking on Mechanics, Electricians or Electronic Engineers as apprenticeships in Waterford at the moment?

    You might try Winthrop eng
    They seem to have a good few apprentices working for them and they are currently working on the extension to bousch and Lomb
