Confirmed is when the club say it is done. Until then it is all just talk and rumour. It hasn't been widely enough reported for me to put it even in the 'probably true' pile. If it is true I'm sure we'll hear increasingly more talk about it though.

Would we even want to sign him? He's making a few good saves as he's getting well worked playing for Stoke, how's his concentration when he's not in the action, how's he at dominating his area from corners and what's he like with the ball at his feet? I'm not fully sure he'd even be an upgrade, he's currently hot property but that could soon blow over. Keeper is such a tough position, too many of them would soon become a nervous wreck playing for a big club...

Badly lacking in balance with Lucas on the bench. Can isn't a defensive midfielder no matter what some people will say, we'll have a very hard time keeping Ozil quiet. Might have to come from behind at HT to get anything from this.

Would have preferred to see Lucas on from the start and picking up his obligatory yellow taking O'zil out of it early in the game.

I think it's become apparent that Klopp does not rate Lucas or Benteke, both will be gone in the summer I'd imagine.

Just give Stoke a big bag of cash plus bogdan plus mig and get Butland.
I know there's probably better In Europe but he's young and nothing gets past him (unlike our two, where everything gets past them). Plus it would weaken Stoke and I am getting sick of Stoke.

Agreed. I don't blame Sakho too much for the second one. Giroud just did well but Mignolets job is to organise and he simply never does. So bad... so bad.

Sahko completely at fault for the second one. Terrible body position, very weak defending.

He is as much a liability as the other comedians around him it's just that he is a fan favourite. If that was Lovren we'd be calling for his head. Out most over rated player.

I disagree completely. Giroud made a good run and is a handful, Sakho is only back from injury. Giroud is going to win some of them. Sakho has proved numerous times he's about the only player we have who can defend at set pieces. You've said before that you don't rate him and its clouding your judgement imo. That goal is on the keeper.
