Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I can't wait for the game. Whoever says that the Europa League is nothing and that we should avoid it should reconsider :)

Origi is starting if you can believe Paul Joyce (and there is usually no reason not to)

saw that earlier, like the look of that team.

I don't think there be much excitement if our opposition was say Braga or Sparta.

At this stage in the competition I'd be excited even if we were playing United.

I still think I personally would given we are at the business end of things.
The opening group stage is not so exciting, but it certainly gets going.

Liverpool have been touring Asia for years, long before Chelsea found their millions. Malaysia and Thailand in particular are countries with huge Liverpool support.

I'm open to correction but I fail see how Chelsea have a far bigger fan base in Asia. Man Utd and Liverpool are 1 and 2 in this region in terms of English clubs.

I have no idea about Asia but I was in Kenya and Tanzania last Summer and the biggest club by a country mile was Chelsea , Easily saw more jerseys and buses in Chelsea colors than all other clubs combined.
2nd in the pack was a close call between Arsenal and Barca

Drogba was a massive player for Chelsea and was very very popular all over Africa.

Between himself and Essien Chelsea won millions of fans in Africa.

Ya know, the soccer forum could really do with a,'how can I watch tonight's game thread'.

    I'd use it sometimes.

I dunno what the problem is - I have no subscription tv for football but I've not missed a Liverpool game in months. There are more and better ways to watch your favourite team than ever.

The highlights are on ITV after the 10 PM news.

Don't like Orgi starting. Need an away goal, what's the point in having a player who can't score up front.

Milner, can, Henderson and coutinho have been shocking. We're getting split open down the middle. Any ball coutinho is getting he's trying to flick it on. Passing all round has been poor and Clyne and Moreno getting caught out a lot.

Sakho has been very good bar one bad tackle.
