Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How would that be fair on the other teams? Need to give them a head start.

Tbh I think Klopp just wants someone a little more physical in there. Allen is great but he's not going to impose himself physically which I think Klopp likes.

On fire at the minute. 4 goals in 3 games. Don't think he scored that many in the whole of last season.

When their second when in, I decided not to sink and moan. I'm sick of expecing the worst so I wanted to enjoy the game regardless.

And fu*k me sideways, did I enjoy it.

Sign up Joe sharpish. The man has matured wonderfully. Both in football and style.

Origi looks like no sort of finisher at all but that doesn't mean he can't be a great forward.

As part of a team with more accomplished lads in those huge 1v1 moments that need sheer class (Sturridge, for example) he could be absolutely lethal.

His rapid rise to the fore has me feeling far more confident in our striking options next year than Sturridges steady fitness because tactically he gives us huge flexibility, even if he's not putting the ball in the net himself.

You stick a few lads like Firmino around him and even if he tops out at 10-15 a season we shouldn't be doing too bad up front.

Drogba wasn't a finisher until he was. I think he'll score plenty of goals and his all round game has been so good. He's scoring goals at the moment and i don't see why he can't continue to improve. His goal was a great finish tonight. He might not be a Fowler or Rush type finisher but that doesn't mean he can't use his other attributes to score loads.

What a night, unbelievable Jeff. I felt it in my loins - so much so that I stuck a whole €1 on us at 6/1 on 87 mins :D Now to watch the last episode of season 2 of Daredevil to cap off a fantastic Thursday!

I'm an emotional wreck. I've never experienced anything like that.

One of the greatest nights of European football, ever.

    Ever.

I wasn't even drinking tonight. Now the match is over I've opened a bottle of whiskey.

    Mario Balotelli on Twitter:

'Wow what a game Liverpool. So happy for my brothers Lovren and Sakho.'

Fair fúcks. Didn't need to do that.

    Epic.

    Absolutely epic.

Haven't been put through the wringer like that since Istanbul.

Klopp has given this team back it's heart, it's soul and it's pride.

Fingers crossed. If he can add a bit of finesse in front of goal he'd truly be a monster.
