Hi all,

I noticed while sitting in the cold tonight that the storage heaters in the apartment had yet to switch on (the red light on their manual wall-mounted switch was not lit up). However at the same time last night the light was on and the storage heaters were heating up. We are on the night-saver electricity tariff but it seems like the meter is not working correctly.

Is this a "not unheard of" issue and how would I go about sorting it out? Thanks a million!
