    Hello,
I recently moved to a new location and want to update my postal address. I tried updating it several times using the 365online website. I get to the stage where a security code is sent to me via SMS. But this SMS reaches me after 7-8 hours and by that time the link to change the address expires. Due to this same reason I am not able to add any new payees because the security code arrives too late.
Please note that I have had this problem for the past 2 months and it hasn't been resolved yet. I have been registered with this number ever since I opened the account and there was no issues for 1 year.
    Please help!

    Hi Saurabh.viking,

    Thanks for your post.

You may need to contact your mobile provider to confirm why it’s taking so long for your activation code to come through, as they are sent straight away from the bank and unfortunately you won’t be able to activate your change of address if the activation code is taking so long to come through.

You are still able to activate your payees, here’s how:

    - When logged in go to ‘Manage accounts’
    - Then go to ‘Manage Payees’
    - Select the payee
    - Then select ‘Activate’ from the bottom of the screen
    - Then input the security code to activate.

The alternative way to amend your address is by filling in a change of address form, and sending to your account holding branch.

    Thanks
