credit card chargeback protection

    I was looking to see if the chargeback protection on the mastercard credit card would cover a non refundable hotel, that was not used as the flight was cancelled after check in and no suitable alternative was arranged.
    Thanks in advance as i could not find info online

    Thanks for your post.

    While you can certainly dispute any transactions through our Chargebacks team, each request is seen on a case by case basis and the investigation will factor in the terms and conditions of the hotel booking.

    If when you made the booking, you were advised that this was a non-refundable purchase you may not be eligible for a chargeback.

    However, if you were not made aware and wish to dispute this transaction please complete the following form and return it with the supporting documentation.
