Oven Bulb Cover? (How to open)

Changing an oven bulb any ideas how to get the cover open? I presume the heat seals it in position. It's a Bosch oven

Rubber gloves and brute force. The door was easy to remove on my oven and it definetly helped.
Its a common asked question, and youtube has videos about it.
