I need to top up my Meter. I've been given a long-ass code with about 60/70 bloody digits. The normal codes are about 20 digits I think. Apparently these longer than normal codes are to acknowledge/confirm price-change. They didn't make me aware of any bleeding price-change, never have any communication off this crowd at all, but I need to top up sooooo presumably if I top up this means I'm acknowledging or confirming or agreeing to the price-change even though I havn't a bull's clue what the price change actually is.

Would be nice to find out what the price-change is like and if it's an increase or a decrease or whatever.

Relax. They announced a price reduction in November. It's all on their site.

I think they were the last to reduce the rate. All other suppliers went down in October. Hopefully we'll see another decrease with the falling gas and oil prices

They didn't make me aware of any bleeding price-change,.

They have to according to the CER.
Check your emails / bills / letters from them and it has to be there.
When I was with them, they sent me an email re a price change and I think it was mentioned on the next bill.
