    They shouldn't be recruiting for new people if they can't take the people whove passed everything 2016 seems to be messed about alot

    I just don't understand their method for picking applicants for platoons. It's like they're picking the freshest applicants and the ones that have waited and stuck it out get lower and lower on the list? What's the ****ing story like?
