Build up the muscle in my legs so that my consultant will finally agree to do my ACL repair!
Before then I'd like to get my 1000m backstroke time down to under 45 minutes!

Mine is to rethink the excuses I would usually make, and own them.  No one needs me more than the Sunrise Spin class in the gym! That 90 minutes is my time.

I'm going to train for a half marathon, hopefully in May. Took up running in November 2014 and have only done 10k races to now.

If I manage to lose the 2.5 stone to get me to my goal weight, I will get married in December.  I am determined that I will not be embarrassed by my wedding photos.  This will help me enormously.

As a dad to a child with special needs it's been joy looking after him but also an unavoidable drain on my personal time and thus my fitness has slipped.  I'm trying to get back in to it again and while I'm trying to stay motivated an great "nagging" companion like the Fitbit would really help me. It can help me in that even if I know I will have little time at home in the evening I can go out and compensate by racking up the steps and miles at lunchtime to reach those goals.
