In Iron Banner or Control your SBMM can't harm me anymore - unfortunately its my solo queue SBMM thats the problem now.

Not the thread for it.... but related to something I said: Would the lack of ADS in Overwatch actually transfer to better gun play in Destiny - such as with the Last Word, for example? Or is the style of play in the games too different to be applicable in those terms?

Games are too different for it to matter full stop. I usually play characters that don't require much/any aiming anyway regardless.
