Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

F*ck off ref, a hop ball?? That's a free to Liverpool, Ozil was lying on the bloody ball.

Ozil tried to score from corner there.

I'd love to see a fight between Lallana & Ozil.

I think Liverpool still aren't great.

But they're running an awful lot and doing a lot of backheels

    That's tricky to deal with

    Ozil handled the ball ffs

You wouldn't get Mignolet trying that.

Ozil tried to score from corner there.

I wouldn't blame him, certainly worth a try.....

It's like watching pros against hyper kids and the pros haven't realised they're playing kids.

Just over the bar and an easier chance than the 2nd

    Seriously.

    Giroud. Stop standing offside.

Flamini. Stay in front of the back 4 in the middle of the pitch.

    It ain't hard.

Ah describing Arsenal as kids is a bit harsh.

Fantastic half of football, 2 terrible defences making for great entertainment.

We have two players making runs and creating space out wide. makes such a difference. If you put Coutinho where Lalanna is I think it'd be scary.

    Top notch from Firminho.

    No midfield play
    All end to end
Who ever takes control can win

Most annoying thing about this, is a Liverpool player decides to be good for the night....then they'll go back to being rubbish for the rest of the season.

So who's getting their hat trick first, Firmino or Mignolet?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

Right lads, next goal the winner??

Maybe Rodgers was right to drop Mignolet last year.

Not great from Arsenal. We're making this Liverpool team look good.

Wenger needs to get them to calm down. The chances will come. Keep the ball and we'll be ok.

Arsenal will play. Liverpool do well against teams who play. Hoofball on the other hand LFC cant handle.

And in fairness, LFC haven't exactly been excellent, certainly not the best they've played this season, Arsenal are just slapless at the back and weak in the CM.........hard to believe a team with such obvious weaknesses are top of the league.

They can't keep the ball, they constantly struggle against teams that aggressively press the ball. Unless Liverpool ease up big time on the pressing in the second half I'd expect more of the same.

    Mig looked "mildly" better too.
Migs terrible form in goals is making the rest of the defence nervy as fcuk. Mig's form makes nervous as fcuk!

Is there a player weaker on the ball than Lallana?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,294 ✭✭✭✭citytillidie

If that is a free out Liverpool should have had a pen in the 1st half

If no one scores in the second half it will end in a draw.
