Hi I gave <shed supplier> 4000 Euro for a steel structure in September and was promised a quick turnaround but after loads of promises still no steel what would be the best way to resolve the matter <SNIP>.

Consumer rights only apply to goods and services which are normally sold to consumers. This would therefore exclude buildings and structural elements and as a result you have no recourse under consumer law.

If a company aren't fulfilling their end of the contract and fobbing you off then you may need to engage a solicitor and even go to court if necessary to recover your money or get your structure.
