Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It really depends on the lender and how busy they are. Once a fully completed application together with full supporting documentation has been submitted you should receive An approval in Principle (AIP) within 3 to 10 working days. An Offer letter will take approx. 3 working days from when the valuation report and documents requested in the AIP are received.

Its important from the outset that the proper documents are submitted otherwise there will be delays.

    Thanks for the reply,
I applied to ebs and have given all required documents so hopefully won't have to wait too long.

We applied with BOI late last year and got the approval in 48 hours. We now had to amend some of the details on the offer letter and that took 4 days to get approved.
