Powering rewards €10 off electric bill payg

Hi i redeemed a supervalue voucher for €10 off my electric
i have payg now with electric ireland but never received a code to enter onto the meter.


When i logged into my old electric ireland account it shows it as coming off my bill even though i dont have one any more

Can someone look into this please
