    We have storage heating and it doesn't turn on until the red light goes on during the night. This is no longer working, as the light is now switching to nightsaver about once every 3 or four days. Our apartment is currently freezing in this weather as the storage heating isn't switching on during the night. Can this be fixed?

    Hi Frainc,

    Thanks for your post.

    It sounds as though the meter's timeswitch is faulty; we will need to send out a technician to fix this. A subsequent billing adjustment may also be required.

    Can you provide us with the following details by private message so we can organise this for you?
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
