Snooker/Pool competitions in Dublin?

Was just wondering are there any open competitions in the Dublin area and if they are run on a regular basis? Also what are some decent snooker clubs in Dublin as a lot of them seem to be closed down?

"D15" Pool hall in Mulhuddart village is one of best in Dublin. About 20 tables. Good competitions on regularly to suit all ages.
Plus it has a few European champions past, present and future.
Gotta play here if you want to make it to the top.
