Investment property - Apartments vs houses

    Hi

    I am looking at buying a buy to let investment property at the moment in Dublin or Galway city.

    What are the pros and cons of buy an apartment -vs- a house?

    Apartments seem to offer higher rental income offset against higher management costs and the various problems/issues that come with apartments and not with houses.

    I'd be interested to know what people's opinions are?
