Current account statements

did not get a statement for December and on enquiring by telephone at branch was told that monthly statements were no longer being issued and that a letter had been sent informing me of same. I received no such letter but is it not strange that statements would cease at end of November with one month left in the year. Just enquiring if this is the situation before I visit the branch. I do not use online banking.

The statement frequency has been amended to quarterly. I’m sorry you didn’t receive the letter advising you of this. If you feel you require a monthly statement please contact the Customer Service Manager in your branch.
