hi, please don't judge me :pac: I've googled and searched. I can't find it on shelves in local supermarkets.. So do you just sub it for desiccated? The same weight etc?? I see Delia adds water and sugar??? Any help gladly taken :)

I won't judge you because I'd never even heard of shredded coconut
I'm sure other bakers around here will have though.

There was a thread mentioning it a few years ago and that might shed some light on it for you in the meantime.

Saw this this week in Horans Health food shop in Killarney...Thought of you..Definitely different from dessicated which they had alongside it. Chunkier..
