I'm in Galway today and headed to Red Eye for coffee and a nice salad. Gutted it's closed :( Anyone know what happened to it?

I'd call that 6-7 weeks.

Not surprised: E2.80 for an Americano in a non-brand-name back-street venue (no matter how stylish) is too far above the odds.

I saw over Christmas that the Red Eye Roasters name is also on a sign in a building in Racecourse Business Park (but visible from Parkmore West). Anyone know if it is just the shop that tried-but-failed or if the whole thing went?

Red Eye has re-opened in the Racecourse Business park. Just moved premises.
