Hi guys

I bought a external media hub and fitted a brand new 1tb Seagate hard drive and installed it to my xbox one.
It formats ok and I can install disc or digital games but every time I try to load a game I get this error,

Has anyone else had this or know of a way to fix ?
I have been on the xbox forums and there are a few mentions of the error but no fix,

What game is it? Halo MCC is known to cause this issue. Try reinstalling it.
