Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Norwich City v Liverpool - BT Sports 1 - 12:45

Norwich have lost the last 4 games, but recently Liverpool are the team you want to play when you are in a slump, so they won't be terrified of the prospect by any means. The last time Liverpool lost to Norwich was the last game in front of the standing Kop in 1994, so it has been a while.

Lallana is a slight doubt for Liverpool but no other new injuries or players returning from injury means that it will likely be a very similar lineup to the last couple of league games, unless Klopp decides to start Benteke.

I'm pessimistic about Liverpool's chances of a win, but I'll go for 1-1 tomorrow.

Norwich have three wins and two draws from five matches at home since the start of November in the Premier league.

Liverpool have one win and four losses on the road over the same period.

Why do people think Liverpool are going to win this game? Why do I think Liverpool are going to win this game?

Maybe it's just that it's traditional to expect that or something because home and away form certainly tell you something completely different.

I'm worried about Naismith. He's the type of player to score in a game like this. But still think we'll win

    The Sap phone is ringing.
Can the saps answer the call of help from Liverpool and help them turn around their form?
    Can 5starpool be more optimistic?
Can Agent Coulson and Underachiever get along?
Can Turtyturd curb his obsession with Sturridge?
Tune in at 12.45 (or later if you can't watch then) to find out.

Liverpool team to play Norwich: Mignolet, Clyne, Toure, Sakho, Moreno, Lucas, Emre Can, Henderson, Milner, Ibe, Firmino.

Ward, Caulker, Flanagan, Allen, Teixeira, Lallana, Benteke. :pac:

Thought Allen would get the nod ahead of Lucas.

Lucas thrown in because Klopp doesn't rate Lucas?

Nice, no Allen or Lallana, I'm starting to think positive for this one

Don't think Klopp rates any of them, that's the problem but he less less rates Lucas and more less rates Allen.

I'd have Allen on today though.

The postmaster general won't be happy with OTT and all his double posts he is keeping count of them and OTT's daily allowance of posts will be commented on.

Anyway Sturridge to come back in soon and win us the league and score a sh1t lot of goals.

Lucas in the team when Klopp doesn't rate him and Sakho to look awkward in other words he is sh1t.

Liverpool to score 6 own goals as a thank you to Norwich for letting Luis score all those goals against them.

Well deserved, easily the stand out player in both legs v Exeter.

1-1. Brady too put Norwich 1 up and Benteke to come on and rescue a point.

Firmino, have a feeling he'll have a good day. His best position seems to be up top.

I'm backing Norwich to win by more than one goal. The form is just so much in favour of a big home win that I cannot resist the 7/1 on that. The Liverpool lineup certainly doesn't put me off it.

Norwich will score from a corner anyhow.

Haven't been on here in nearly a week, so I should be okay.

I dunno about these double posts. On one hand they're getting me more thanks, which is great.
On the other hand, the second post of the double post combo is getting less thanks and thus making my thanks per post ratio lower.
    It's a real conundrum.

Anyway, I'm bowing out because I'm in work and recorded the match and will watch when I get home.
Closing my eyes, ears and browser window. It's going to make the drive home interesting.

Can only see a victory here for Liverpool and a comfortable one at that. norwich are much and I don't care what recent form shows.
Hopefully we're on first on MOTD tonight.

Normally when we start poorly we don't tend to improve. Very broad strokes assessment, but the first 11 mins haven't improved my optimism meter.

Always think of Suarez running riot when we play Norwich. Very different team on display now compared to when we last played Norwich away.

Ref letting a lot go for Norwich.
