Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi folks, long time lurker here!. I have a 2001 KX250 which needs a lot of work. I'm planning on getting the cylinder replated by Langcourt in the UK (couldn't find anyone in Ireland to do it?) and now I'm pricing up some options for a bottom + top end rebuild kit. I've seen various prices for various things from various places, but I'm wondering if anybody has any horror stories about buying parts from the States?

I need a crankshaft and conrod with bearings, piston kit, all oil seals, all other bearings and a full top and bottom set of gaskets.

In particular I'm looking at this kit:

(can't post full link because I'm a new member, it's ebay item number 190906821126)

It says around $90 import duty, but is that accurate? Would I be stung with a much larger import bill when it arrives? :/

    Any advice much appreciated!
