Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ray is developing the nervous hand tapping thing on the desk like DLB now. I despair.

Try Chrome. It's slow in Chrome but you won't have the duplicate posts.

    Anybody been to his restaurant?

    What's it like?

I know a few people that have been and they said it's unbelievable

Nevin's shirt buttons must be ready to explode.

My mother if she was alive would be saying 'he is bursting looking'.

  • Registered Users Posts: 409 ✭✭dublincelt

Two lovely people, pity about the interviewer. Actually Nevin would make a better host of this show. Not saying much though I suppose..

Strang up next. Could be good.

But as regular viewers know it won't.

It will be awkward, stilted and with a dollop of cringe.

Ray really is hopeless and awkward.

Halfway through the season and pretty much every question he asks requires a yes/no answer.

    Woeful.

Even Tubbers knows 'How did that make you feel?".

At least it gets people talking.

You were an only child. What was that like? FFS

I'm getting double posts with Chrome

Using Chrome here and it's fine. It is very slow when posting, but the post does register with a single click. May you people, and you know who you are, are impatiently clicking a second time (and somehow beating the duplicate post algorithm).

Surprised Strang wasn't on Late Late last night.

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,754 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

I still have to watch this, I expect Ray to ruin it for me.

Was Ray about to launch into birthday greetings there??

Can't believe they flew him into Dublin for this.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,509 ✭✭✭tinpib

Hmm. Is Ray going to fall between two stools here and waste the interview by having Strang just talk about the show for someone who hasn't seen it?

Shure, I could just show up and do that.

This is so pointless. He basically is asking him to recall what people watch on the tv. Such a lazy interviewer

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,930 ✭✭✭PeterTheEighth

    Nice 'hair'

As my grandmother used to say "How could you trust a word out of his mouth when you cant trust a hair on his head. "

This interview is so slow for those of us familiar with the series

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,051 ✭✭✭appledrop

FFS Ray is wrecking this. I'm really interested in hearing from Strang without all the crap summing up by Ray. Sounds like hasn't seen the series at all.

I only watched this show once before, never again.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,007 ✭✭✭mad m

    Ray....he had $435.000-minus lawyers fees $160.000.

    And very badly too

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 83 ✭✭Morrissey

D'arcy just runs through all the events in chronological order. He thinks it's a shortcut to a gripping interview, since the documentary was gripping.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,509 ✭✭✭tinpib

    Such a lazy interviewer

It's not lazy. Ray could spent 16 hours a day for 5 days preparing for this interview and it would be the exact same.

    He is a hopeless interviewer.

  • Registered Users Posts: 301 ✭✭swine

It does feel like a needless recap of the series. If you've watched it, you already know it. If you haven't, it's now largely pointless.

    I'm bored.

And I wish Ray would stop saying "OK"

    Jesus Ray

ask Strang why they didn't mention why the blood vile had a pin prick in a sealed evidence box at trial.
