    Hi could someone from Eir respond to me, I need a replacement plug for the F1000 eFibre modem, could this be arranged?

    Unfortunately A plug cannot be replaced - in this event the only thing we can do is send you a new modem, to organise this please contact eir technical support on free phone 1901 (option 2) or via WebChat at www.eir.ie/chatnow
