Chicken Teriyaki

    So just tried my hand at chicken teriyaki but it was kinda meh...

    Chicken 350g

    Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp

    Garlic x2 Cloves

    Broccoli
    Mushroom
    Carrot
    Green Beans
    Onion

    Teriyaki Sauce 2 Tbsp

    Fried off onion and garlic, add chicken cook throw. Add cooked vegs and noodles top with teriyaki and mix it all together...

    I was thinking of upping the teriyaki but i've never done japanese food...any help pls

    Try grilling the teriyaki chicken on its own. It doesn't need much of a marinade before cooking. Get the teriyaki sauce on the chicken - either bite sized pieces on skewers or boneless, skinless thigh meat in a single piece. Grill for a few minutes then brush on more sauce. Continue to brush with the teriyaki sauce until the chicken is cooked. Add to your stir fried veg and noodles.
