I would say bad defending is allowing Stoke to play 3 simple passes through your entire midfield and defence too tbf.

Clearly offside, nobody is arguing that, but Pool have been dreadful and defending as lax as they did there is playing with fire.

If Arnautovic is a step further back, he is onside and still has a clear shot at the goal if he reaches the ball.

He's also been one of our best attackers. He's a young defender and he's done a good job for us this season imo. Not that he doesn't need to improve but they all do. Think its unfair to single him out tbh. Would help him a ton if there was some stability in the middle of the back 4.

If he was a step further back he'd have to had made a move into that position and allow Kolo to get goal side of him. He was offside the whole time. We've defended poorly at other stages of the match but that wasn't one of them.

He's a complete liability. He's supposed to be a shot stopper but if opposition teams get it on target it has about a 75% chance of being a goal. His distribution is the worst I've ever seen and he's poor at dealing with high balls. I'm struggling to see what he is good at.

He was not bought as an attacker. He's a defender and he does that poorly.
He has caused a lot of conceded goals this season and needs to be upgraded.

Just because he dribbles sometimes with the ball going forward does not make him a good attacker. He has zero goals and 1 assist in the league this year.

Also, he's 23 , so he's not that young.
