No good starting price, give the rear chassis and body a good look over for rust/rot.

The 2.5 is also prone to cracked cylinder heads so make sure it's good on that front. It will end up getting expensive fast if it has issues with the cylinder head. They aren't a great jeep tbh, maybe spending more on something with a long test might be a better bet.

Prone to cracking heads due to lack of maintenance.

No, poor quality materials. You can replace with an aftermarket cylinder head which isn't prone to cracking.

Maybe the later 4d56 engines like in the l200s and sports but the ones in the mk2 were grand. What brand aftermarket head?

Probably double what it would have if you hadn't asked here:D
Had to get a headlight for a 99 vanette recently, there wasn't many about, got it eventually for €30, the sidelight should be about the same or less, don't know what's involved in getting the wing off, which will determine how much you pay for it, if it's easy, the price should reflect that, if a lot of stripping to get it off without damage, then the price rises accordingly. A somewhat vague guess on the bonnet suggests between 50 and 100, depending on condition and colour.

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁
