I've been with mcafee for around 4 years now and my subscription is up today. Just wondering are there cheaper anti viruses out there which are just as good? I don't like McAfee, it has a lot of bugs and slows down my PC all the time. Also when you run a scan, often times it gets stuck. I switched to Avira, so far so good.

Hi there,

Install AVG I am using it with no problems you can install searching for avg internet security (sorry cannot post link due to being a new user) and go for the free version its good. If you want to go with the one with high specs then they are offering one month free trial on the page aswell.
