    Hey Guys,

Looking to get a soundbar and a smart Blu-Ray to go with my new flatscreen.

Have been eyeing up the YSP models for sometime, and after a lot of reading and scouring the interwebs, I'm fairly convinced now by the Yamaha YSP2500 and the Sony BDPS65000

Just wondering can you give a best price on those, delivered?

    Thanks in advance
    Brian

    Blueband,

nice choice - I can believe I'm saying this but we are just out of stock of the YSP2500 at the moment ( our last brand new one was snaffled today!), we have loads due in shortly and we are chasing them but at the moment I only have a demo unit..

The Yamaha YSP2500 AND the BDS6500 really are as tight as we can go at the at £499 / €699 for the YSP2500:

and the BSPD6500 again is tight at £117 / €179.99 ( The Euro prices both include shipping)

If your heart is set on the Yamaha YSP2500, do have a look at the excellent matching Yamaha BDS677 - it is a bit more expensive and it does not have some of the bells and whistles of the Sony, but it sure has amazing picture quality!

The BDS677 would add £45 ( £661 ) to the overall bundle and at that I'd go for it in a heartbeat,

Thanks again for thinking of us and keep us posted :)

    Hi John,

    Thanks for the fast response.

I'll pass on the Yamaha Blu-Ray, but appreciate the offer with the nice discount.
To be honest, I'm kinda set on the Sony, I had been looking at the Panasonic DMPBDT370 at £95 originally, and struggled to convince myself to go the little higher for the Sony, but the look of the Sony over the Panasonic swung me in the end, so going a bit more again for the Yamaha wouldn't be an option.

When do you expect to get the YSP's back in stock?

    Thanks again
    Brian
