Security deposit charged for direct debit payment

    Hi,

    I found I have been charged security deposit even I have enabled direct debit payment for my account. Could you help to explain why?

    This shouldn't have happened; our apologies for the inconvenience. If you send us the following details by private message we can look into this further for you:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
