Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hagon monoshock Q?.

Has anyone got any first hand experience of Hagon monoshocks?.

My R1100S rear shock has blown its seals and needs replacing.

My options are Wilbers, YSS or Hagon replacements.

There's a 90 day (minimum) wait on the YSS, the Wilbers is €100 more expensive than the YSS and €50 more than the Hagon and although more reputable doesn't have rebound damping.

So I'm really left with Hagon with my budget. The Hagon provides both preload & rebound.

    Anyone?.

does Nitron have a shock within budget?

Priced one yesterday and it came back dearer than the Wilbers.

I've jumped ahead and ordered the Hagon after reading reviews on biker.ie

I was going to go with an NDM rebuild but I'm 50/50 on selling the bike and I'd rather sell it a new shock. I serviced it this week too so I'll be pretty confident of moving it on with no problems for the buyer.

Hagon is a great shock & are well priced. I had one on my Thundercat from new & never had any problems.

Had them in previous & current bike.

Did it's life in the Pan, started weeping, boxed up & off to Hagon in the UK.

Full rebuild was in or about £100 as I recall and quick turn around
