Unexplained Withdrawal

    Hello,

    I have someone trying to lodge €20 into my account, they say they went into my branch and lodged the money.
    My online banking shows the following:
    26/01/2016
     ATM21JAN D506AIB
    20.00

    0.08


    21/01/2016
     ATMD 20JAN UBLES27245
    20.00

    20.08


    21/01/2016
     LODGMENT 3241

    20.00



    20/01/2016
     LODGMENT 3104

    20.00



    The 21st lodgement was last week and it says that was spent the same day/withdrawn or whatever.

    Then it says 26th January '16 debit of €20 but this account had no funds in it on this date. 

    The €20 that was lodged today isn't showing in my balance?

    Just realised what the two lodgements were dated 20th and 21st - that's fine, so now just wondering why a cash lodgement made today hasn't hit my account instantaneously?

    Ok so the whole query can be scrapped now... lodgment was posted to my account. Took a while but hey ho!  Sorry for the inconvenience.
