Hi, I'm wondering if anybody knows what happens if the landlord receives improvement notice after the inspection and doesn't do the improvements in the notice within the 6 weeks.. It's now 10 weeks and I have heard nothing. Asked the landlord a few weeks ago and he said he will get back to me , still waiting. I read somewhere that the payment will stop but do we have stay on HAP and find somewhere else or just put back on the original housing list like before and pay the rent ourselves . We weren't on rent allowance before applying for HAP. Thanks
