    Hi,

    Just wondering if Banking 365 is experiencing technical difficulties? I can login online but I can't add new SEPA payee.

    We can confirm 365 Online is operating as a normal. If you are still getting a message to say you are
    unable to add a payee please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 & a representative will be happy to check
    this for you.
